I have installed my eSim/simcard but I have no internet?

1. Check that you have not run out of data. For SIM numbers starting 8988, you can do that on our website here.
If you need more data, you can top up here.
2. Are you using the correct SIM/eSim? If you have more than one SIM/eSIM in your device, you need to make sure you are using the correct one for your mobile data. Not all devices have the same settings structure, but here are the standard instructions for IOS and Android.
Iphone (IOS): Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data > Select our SIM/eSIM (Could be Transatel or Travel by default, or whatever you may have changed the name too). Also turn off Mobile Data Switching.
Android: Settings > Connections > SIM card Manager > Mobile Data > Select our SIM card (Transatel)
3. Are you using the correct APN settings? Our APN is 'mobiledata'. In some cases, this is not updated on your device automatically. Not all devices have the same settings structure, but here are the standard instructions for IOS and Android. Please note, these instruction are for Sim numbers starting 8988, if you have a sim number beginning with 8931 the APN is 'fast.m2m', and for 8949 (O2) the APN is 'pInternet.interkom.de'.
Iphone (IOS): Settings > Mobile Service > Select our SIM/eSIM (Transatel) > Mobile Data Network > Change APN to mobiledata, leave username and password blank.
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Select the APN (possibly says mbb) > Change the APN field to mobiledata, leave all other settings alone.
MiFi: We cant provide basic instructions here because there are far too many makes and models, all having different settings structure. If you cant find help using your devices instructions or manufacturer website, please contact us with the make and model of your device and we will help as best we can.
4. Is Mobile Data Roaming switched on? This is required for our SIM/eSim to work. Not all devices have the same settings structure, but here are the standard instructions for IOS and Android.
Iphone (IOS): Settings > Mobile Service > Select our SIM/eSIM (Transatel) > Turn on Data Roaming
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Switch on Data Roaming
